Long-Term Real Estate Video Editor (1–3 Videos Per Week)

I'm looking for a long-term editor to become part of my real estate media business. This isn't a one-off project. I want someone I can rely on every week. About the work: I film premium real estate listings in Australia. But I'm looking for someone to start off taking over the editing of my 60 second vertical reels. And if theyre good, they can start taking on all my edits. I provide: Footage Music Clear examples of my editing style and guidelines Template you can use with sound effects and few assets to save time Im looking for someone who: Has experience editing real estate videos Has excellent pacing Understands colour correction Can stabilise footage Can create smooth, professional transitions Can do high end text animations Good at speed ramping and motion blur Communicates well Meets deadlines consistently Bonus if you have experience with: Premiere Pro After Effects Text Motion Graphics I will be hiring multiple editors for a paid trial edit.
