🚀 Hiring Long-Term Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)! We are a growing tech company seeking motivated Sales Representatives to engage and manage B2B client relationships. As an SDR/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for nurturing business opportunities with potential clients and scheduling qualified demos for our closers. 🔹 = What You Will Get = 💵 $8-$12 USD per hour starting base pay, with increased hourly rate after 2-3 months! 🎯 $10 bonus per closed deal (from your scheduled demo meetings closed by Account Executives) 🤝 An engaging and friendly team that supports your success 🌟 A long-term role with growth opportunities 🔹 = Key Responsibilities = 📅 Working Hours: 7 AM - 12 PM Pacific Time ⏰ (Longer hours after consistent 1 month performance & increased hourly rate after 2-3 months! 💰) 📞 Engage prospects via phone, email, and outbound calls from leads or contact list generated by marketing 🔍 Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions ✅ 📚 Develop in-depth knowledge of the event management market🎯 📆 Schedule demo meetings and connect prospects with Account Executives 🤝 📊 Build & manage a lead development pipeline 📂 📝 Accurately report activities and interactions in the CRM 📌 🔹 = Qualifications = 🎓 Bachelor’s degree required. 💼 0-2 years of sales experience 🗣 Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ⭐ Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients 😊 📖 Willingness to learn & be coachable to improve skills and adapt to feedback 🎯 🏆 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales! 💡 Long-term/full-time opportunity: If you consistently meet your targets, this can become a long-term role with growth potential!
