Long-Term Social Media Manager

Hi! I'm looking for a long-term Social Media Content Creator and Graphic Designer to manage the content for my physician-owned telehealth practice, The Family MD. I'm looking for someone who can handle the entire content workflow—from planning and researching content ideas to designing graphics, editing reels, writing captions, and scheduling/posting everything through Meta Business Suite. Each week, I would like 1 Reel, 1 Carousel, and 1 Static Image (approximately 12 feed posts per month total), along with engaging Instagram/Facebook Stories that include polls, Q&A, and other interactive content. My goal is to educate patients about addiction medicine and telehealth while maintaining a clean, modern, premium, and trustworthy brand. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and healthcare or medical content is strongly preferred. I'm looking for someone who is proactive, creative, has excellent English communication skills, can consistently generate new ideas, and is interested in building a long-term working relationship.
