Long-Term Video Editor — Luxury Architecture & Boutique Stays (Cinematic Shorts/Reels)

We are looking for a long-term video editor to create 4-6 premium, high-end vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) per month for our luxury architecture and boutique hospitality brand. Each month, we will provide a curated selection of professional interior photographs, high-res drone footage, and brand assets. Your role is to transform these raw files into calm, minimal, and beautifully paced visual stories for Instagram and Pinterest. Our Style & Aesthetic Our brand identity is rooted in "Quiet Luxury." Think Japandi/Nordic minimalist interiors, high-end architectural lines, and cinematic atmosphere. What we WANT: Slow, considered pacing, elegant and invisible transitions, subtle camera movements, and sound design/music that complements the architectural mood. What we HATE: We are NOT looking for flashy transitions, fast cuts, capcut-style trend templates, or loud, distracting voiceovers. We are looking for someone with excellent judgment for: Cinematic color grading (matching clean interior lighting). Sound design that creates an atmospheric, premium feeling. High-end, minimal typography and consistent branding. Independent workflow: After initial creative direction, you can own the post-production process and maintain style consistency. Project Type & Length This is an ongoing, long-term role with no fixed end date. Volume is 4-6 videos per month, with potential to scale as our project portfolio grows. Hiring Process (Paid Trial) Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a Paid Trial Edit ($40). We will provide 5 raw assets and our brand kit to create a 15-20 second concept reel. This trial will be the sole basis for our final hiring decision. Link exactly 2-3 examples of your best premium, cinematic, travel, or architectural work.
