Long-Term Virtual Assistant Role

Hiring a part time, long term virtual assistant for our cleaning business in California. Main responsibilities: -Scheduling clients and managing calendar changes -Following up with clients regarding scheduling requests and service inquiries -Communicating with customers via phone, text, and email -Responding to leads promptly and helping convert inquiries into bookings -Assisting with social media tasks -Supporting employee onboarding and training coordination -Maintaining accurate notes, records, and client information -Identifying operational issues and helping implement solutions -Providing general administrative support and helping keep daily operations organized The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication and customer service skills. Have strong follow-through, accountability, be comfortable making decisions and taking initiative. Reliable, professional, and responsive during business hours.
