Long-Term White-Label Graphic Design Partner

I run a small marketing agency in the US and I'm looking for a reliable, talented design partner to work with me on an ongoing, long-term basis. You'll be working behind the scenes, all work will be delivered under my agency's brand (white-label), so discretion and professionalism are essential. This is not a one-off project. I want to find the right person or small team and build a real working relationship over time. --- WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON: - Logo design and brand identity systems - Brand standards / style guides - Business cards and stationery - T-shirt and apparel graphics - Trade show booth design (10x10, 10x20) - Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, postcards) - Website design mockups (Figma or Adobe XD) - Campaign graphics and ad creative --- WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: - Strong portfolio showing brand identity and print work - not just social media graphics - Experience with trade show or large-format print design is a big plus! - Clean, professional design aesthetic - you understand hierarchy, typography, and whitespace - Excellent English communication - I need someone I can actually talk to - Responsive - I need replies within 24 hours - Organized - able to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines consistently - Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma --- HOW TO APPLY: Please DO NOT send a generic proposal.
