Long-Term YouTube Shorts Producer / Premiere Pro Editor for Cat Channel

I’m looking for a long-term YouTube Shorts producer/editor for my cat content channel. This is not just a basic editing job. I need someone who can create complete Shorts from start to finish using my existing Premiere Pro template and channel style. Important: Adobe Premiere Pro is required. The first project is a small paid test batch of 3 Shorts. If the test batch is good, I’m looking for someone who can create around 7 Shorts per week long-term. What you will do: - Use my existing Premiere Pro template - Research and select suitable cat / AI cat clips yourself - Create the full Short in my channel style - Write the overlay text yourself - Use my provided viral sounds when possible - Suggest your own sounds if they fit the style - Edit with strong viral timing and humor - Export the final Short as MP4 - Provide the Premiere Pro project file The Shorts are usually around 20–35 seconds long and often follow a ranking-style format. What I’m looking for: - Strong clip selection - Good sense for viral short-form content - Good humor and timing - Understanding of retention in Shorts - Clean editing - Ability to follow an existing template - Ability to transform clips with music, timing, text, pacing and format - Good sense for what makes a cat clip funny, weird, or engaging Avoid: - Low-quality clips - Boring clips without a clear payoff - Random editing that does not match the channel style - Visible watermarks if possible - Overediting - Copyright-risky music or sounds Please apply only if you: - Work with Adobe Premiere Pro - Have experience with YouTube Shorts, TikTok/Reels, or viral short-form content - Can understand and follow an existing channel format - Have a good eye for funny/viral clips - Are comfortable creating Shorts with minimal input from me after the style is clear In your application, please send: 1.
