Long-form Strategist for YouTube

I'm hiring someone to own our YouTube channel. Long-form. Top to bottom. Our audience is 9-5 professionals looking for a way out. The niche is AI Agency. What you'll do: Own the YouTube strategy end to end. Pillars, series, the calendar Develop video concepts and scripts that hold a cold viewer for 15 to 25 minutes Obsess over packaging: titles, thumbnails, the first 30 seconds Brief and direct the edits (you don't have to edit, but you need taste) Read the retention graphs, find the drop-offs, fix them video after video What I want: You live on YouTube. You can explain why a video holds, not just feel it You've grown a channel or run one that pulled real numbers You understand story and structure, and how to take someone from cold to convinced You write tight, think in narratives, and don't need chasing Bonus: you get our world (AI, agencies, online business)
