Long-form YouTube content, with reels for Instagram serving as side support.

Im looking for a video editor to partner with me across Instagram Reels, YouTube and RedNote. I need someone who can do two things brilliantly: punchy, hook-first short-form (recipe videos, Reels and Shorts that grab you in the first second and keep you watching) and warmer long-form storytelling (YouTube food guides, travel vlogs, behind-the-scenes and candid interview chats). You'll be editing fast-paced vertical content with strong hooks and high retention, adding clean on-brand captions, colour grading food so it looks fresh and delicious, syncing music and sound design, and layering b-roll so a story actually feels like a story. You're my person if you genuinely get creator content, you're across what's trending on Reels and TikTok, you work confidently in CapCut , and you can match a tone that's optimistic, warm and never preachy. This starts as a trial project with the goal of an ongoing relationship, so reliability, clear communication, and bringing your own creative ideas matter to me just as much as your editing skills.
