Long form youtube video editing (needs to be on brand including thumbnail)

I'm launching a YouTube channel focused on financial crime and compliance (think clear, well-paced explainer/talking-head videos on AML, sanctions, and fintech regulation). I shoot my own footage and need an editor to own everything post-production. The work, per video (~10–20 min finished): Edit raw talking-head footage into a tight, retention-focused cut — trim dead air, filler, flubs, and tangents Source and place relevant B-roll, screenshots, and visuals Color correction Audio cleanup and mixing (clean, consistent levels — no background hiss or volume jumps) Lower thirds, titles, and simple motion graphics to illustrate key points On-screen captions/subtitles Licensed, cleared music and sound effects Final export to my delivery specs I'll provide: raw footage, a brief style guide (reference channels, pacing, where I want emphasis), and any specific graphics or sources to include. What I'm looking for: Proven long-form YouTube editing — please link 2–3 examples, ideally talking-head or explainer content Strong instinct for pacing and retention, not just clean cuts Clear communication and ability to follow a brief without hand-holding Reliable turnaround (I'm targeting roughly 7 days per video) To apply: Start your proposal with the word "compliance" so I know you read this.
