Ongoing Website Designer / Developer (Divi 5, Elementor & GoHighLevel Preferred) About Us LeadSquirrel is a marketing agency focused exclusively on helping pest control and wildlife removal companies grow through websites, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing. We're looking for a reliable website designer/developer who can become an extension of our team and help us execute ongoing client website tasks across multiple projects. This is NOT a one-time website build. We're looking for someone who can jump into client projects as needed, communicate clearly, and provide quick turnaround times on a wide range of website design and development requests. What You'll Be Doing Work will vary from week to week depending on client needs. Some projects may take 15 minutes, while others may take several hours. Examples include: * Remove outdated logos or branding elements across an entire website * Update landing pages with reviews, testimonials, videos, or new content * Create and modify pages using Divi 5 and Elementor * Build reusable Divi 5 Library templates * Improve mobile responsiveness * Update navigation menus and site structure * Implement design changes based on client requests * Build new landing pages from provided wireframes or examples * Troubleshoot layout or styling issues * Assist with website migrations and content updates * Make edits within GoHighLevel websites and funnels Required Skills * Strong experience with Divi 5 * Strong experience with Elementor * WordPress website development experience * Responsive/mobile-first design * CSS knowledge for custom styling and troubleshooting * Ability to work independently and solve problems Preferred Skills * GoHighLevel website and funnel experience * Familiarity with conversion-focused landing pages * Basic understanding of SEO best practices * Experience working inside agency environments * Familiarity with website speed optimization What We're Looking For We are NOT looking for an agency that passes work through multiple layers of project managers.
