Long-term Financial Project Manager - Bookkeeping & Accounting - 6+ months, Slow-Burn, Disciplined

I need a collaborator to manage the process, cadence and calendar for number of Slow-Burn projects that will last at least six months. You will be the EXPERT on my projects and know project status, document status, location of all documents and data at all times. The emphasis is on the work that I will do, not work you will do. But, I will have you work on specific documents in Excel as project needs require. I want someone who is an experienced professional, 100% reliable, and can understand the nuts and bolts of 6 complex financial and legal projects and help me to manage my time and effort, so that I can get my part done. You need to have sufficient maturity to think and act like a bookkeeping/financial manager. CAVEAT: This person needs to be **available for at least six months** and be flexible about the amount of hours worked per week. This project will take months and has multiple sub-parts. I need to be 100% confident that you are taking responsibility for quality and accuracy in all that you do. Amount of Hours: This will amount to a good many hours OVER TIME, but there will be ebbs and flows. Initially, it will likely be only a few hours per week. You need to satisfy my concern that 1) you will be available long-term and 2) you will not be satisfied with working on slow-burn projects with limited hours per week over a period of 6 months or more. Responsibilities will include 1) managing project plan and cadence for a number of complex projects, 2) helping me to focus on the most urgent items, 3) assisting with the assembly of bookkeeping data for submission to accoutants, 2) tracking and managing all the files for legal and financial projects in shared folders, 3) creating detailed expense reports in Excel, 4) auditing spreadsheets for quality and accuracy.
