Summary

We're a Norwegian digital consultancy running paid acquisition for a portfolio of clients (nonprofits, B2B, and local brands). We're looking for a sharp media buyer to own campaign strategy and execution. We are looking also for a long term person who wants to be a part of this family AKA Pixl Media What you'll do: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, server-side/CAPI, pixel events) so we can actually measure what works Own performance end to end: budgets, bidding, audiences, A/B testing, and clear weekly reporting on the metrics that matter (CPA, ROAS, CAC) Direct creative — brief and review ad concepts even when you're not the one designing them Bring ideas. We want someone who tells us what we're missing, not someone who waits for a brief. What you don't have to handle: Landing pages, funnels, and technical integrations — we have an in-house dev team that builds these. You spec what you need; they build it. You stay focused on strategy and media. You should have: 3+ years running paid campaigns with real budget behind them (not just boosting posts) Proof — in your proposal, share 1–2 campaigns you personally ran: platform, monthly spend, objective, and the actual result Genuine fluency with tracking setup (this is where most freelancers fall apart — don't apply if conversion tracking scares you) Experience with European / Nordic / Scandinavia audiences is a strong plus Nice to have: design sensibility (Figma / basic creative production), and experience marketing for nonprofits or in regulated niches.
