Long term YouTube video editor wanted

Looking for: Ongoing YouTube editor — talking-head / educational content (2–4 videos/month) I’m a professional songwriter and performer building a YouTube channel around songwriting craft, music-industry insight, and coaching for aspiring writers. I record myself presenting to camera (and sometimes voiceover); I need an editor to turn my raw footage into polished, engaging videos. I supply the content and expertise — you make it look and flow well. Per video, I need: • Clean assembly: cut filler, stumbles, dead air, and tighten pacing • Captions/subtitles (burned-in or SRT, your recommendation) • Relevant b-roll, on-screen text for key points, and light graphics • Background music and basic audio levelling/clean-up • A strong, click-worthy thumbnail (included or quote separately) • An attention-grabbing first 5–10 seconds (hook) — retention matters to me Video length: typically 8–15 minutes long-form. Occasional shorts may be added later. Volume: 2–4 videos per month, ongoing. I’m looking for one reliable editor to build a long-term working relationship with, not a one-off. Style: clean, professional, warm — not over-produced or frantic. Think educational creator channels with personality, not hyper-cut MrBeast pacing. I’ll share 2–3 reference channels once we talk. Workflow: I’ll share raw footage via Google Drive/Dropbox with a short brief per video. First draft → one round of notes → final delivery. I’d like a turnaround of roughly 3–5 days per video.
