Long-term US E-commerce Operations & Administrative Consultant

Hi there, We are an established e-commerce company expanding our online business in the US market. We are looking for a reliable, highly responsive, US-based long-term administrative consultant to support our daily operations and localized compliance management. Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative and consulting support for our online store setups and vendor documentation. 2. Review and audit store settings to ensure compliance with local e-commerce platform regulations. 3. Assist with localized logistical tasks and administrative coordination as needed. Compensation: We do NOT pay by the hour. We pay a GUARANTEED FIXED MONTHLY RETAINER for your general availability and ongoing operational support. Requirements: * Must be legally based in the United States. * High responsiveness is our most critical requirement (ability to reply within 12–24 hours). * Detail-oriented and basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is a plus. 💡 Preferred Qualification (Plus): * Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is a HUGE PLUS.
