I am Zero, the manager for the Charlie Delta YouTube channel. We are looking for a talented video editor to help us turn our livestreams into engaging VODs, edit our regular videos, and create short-form content (Shorts/TikToks). THE ROLE We are looking for someone who can match our current editing style while bringing their own expertise to the table. Your responsibilities will include: Cutting and pacing gameplay footage to maximize viewer retention Adding subtitles, sound effects, and music Pitching new ideas and concepts for videos and shorts REQUIREMENTS A strong understanding of YouTube analytics and what editing styles drive the most views and engagement Proficiency in any professional video editing software (we care about the results, not the specific program you use) A strong understanding of gaming content and pacing Ability to communicate regularly via Discord HOW TO APPLY Please apply if interested, and be sure to include a link to your portfolio or examples of your previous work.
