Looking For An Experienced YouTube 2D Animator & Character Designer For A Dark POV Explainer Channel

This is a **LONG-TERM position with strong growth potential, including **bonuses and raises based on quality, consistency, and performance. You will be responsible for **designing and animating engaging 8–12 minute YouTube videos** in a dark, story-driven style. The content focuses on **POV storytelling**, such as: "What it’s like to be…” "Your life as…” "POV: You’re…” "Every rank…” A key part of this role is creating a main avatar character that represents the viewer and is used consistently across videos. The Life Outline: https://www.youtube.com/@TheLifeOutline What You’ll Be Responsible For: * Designing a **unique main character/avatar** for the channel * Creating **2D animations ** * Visual storytelling that matches voice-over pacing * Adding motion, expressions, and scene transitions * Enhancing retention with visuals, zooms, and timing * Syncing animation with voice-over and sound effects --- Requirements: 1. Strong English comprehension (to follow story scripts accurately) 2. Experience with **2D animation software** (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar) 3.
