Looking For An Experienced YouTube CountryBalls 2D Animator For A History & Geography Channel

We are looking for an experienced 2D Animator / Video Editor to join our team and help create engaging CountryBalls-style YouTube videos focused on history, geography, politics, and world events. This is a LONG-TERM position with GREAT benefits such as bonuses, raises, and consistent work based on performance and quality. You will be responsible for creating highly engaging animated videos similar to the examples below. Our videos are typically 10-12 minutes long, and we publish around 1 video per week. Examples Below is the name and handle of our channel for you to understand the style and quality we are looking for: StateBalls YouTube Channel @stateballs 1.92M subs What You'll Be Doing: -Creating CountryBalls-style animations. -Create the voiceover on 11labs -Designing and animating countryball characters -Creating maps, flags, historical scenes, and visual storytelling elements -Adding sound effects, visual gags, zooms, transitions, and comedic timing -Creating engaging educational content that keeps viewers watching Requirements: -Strong English comprehension -Experience creating 2D animated YouTube videos -Experience with CountryBalls-style animation preferred -Experience using professional software such as: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Toon Boom Moho Animate Or similar software -Strong sense of comedic timing and visual storytelling -Ability to follow reference channels closely -Reasonable turnaround time preferred (no more than 1 week will be a plus) -Reliable communication (VERY IMPORTANT) -Looking for a long-term partnership and growth opportunity Budget $150-$200 per video (Depending on length) Potential for raises and bonuses based on performance.
