Looking for an American Remote MSP Company for a SMB

We are looking to partner with a reliable U.S.-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) to provide ongoing IT support and managed services for a small-to-medium-sized business (SMB). Requirements Must be an established American MSP company (not an individual freelancer). Experience supporting SMB environments (10–250 employees). Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, endpoint management, and cybersecurity. Ability to provide proactive monitoring, maintenance, patch management, and help desk support. Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices. Excellent communication and responsive support. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (Microsoft Solutions Partner, Azure, etc.). Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) platforms. Familiarity with compliance frameworks is a plus. 24/7 monitoring or after-hours support is preferred.
