# Google BigQuery / Google Cloud Data Architecture Mentor Needed for AI Operating Layer We are looking for a highly experienced **Google BigQuery / Google Cloud data architecture expert** to audit, challenge, and mentor us as we build the data foundation for our AI operating layer. We are not looking for a junior data analyst or someone who has only written basic SQL queries. We need someone who has worked deeply with **BigQuery in production**, understands the broader **Google Cloud stack**, and can help us design a scalable, reliable, AI-ready data warehouse. ## Context Our company works with a lof of couples. We have a large and growing amount of data coming from CRM, calls, WhatsApp conversations, websites, Google Ads, SEO, operations, finance, and client interactions. Our goal is to make **BigQuery the central memory layer of the company**, so that AI tools, agents, dashboards, and internal applications can safely query, learn from, and activate our data. We already have work in progress, but we need a senior expert to help us move from “it works” to “it is properly structured, scalable, safe, and future-proof.” ## What we need help with We need someone to: * Audit our current BigQuery setup, datasets, tables, views, schemas, and naming logic * Help us understand what is well structured and what needs to be rebuilt * Improve how we organize data from CRM, calls, WhatsApp, websites, ads, SEO, finance, and operations * Design clean views and semantic layers that can be used by LLMs and internal tools * Help us define how AI models should read, write, and update structured knowledge * Design feedback loops where AI tools can save learnings, classifications, labels, and insights back into BigQuery or other databases * Advise on the best way to document schemas, table descriptions, labels, metadata, and reusable queries * Help us understand the right architecture between BigQuery, Google Cloud, APIs, MCPs, automation tools, and AI agents * Coach our internal team over time so we can make better decisions ourselves ## Engagement model We want to start with a **focused audit and architecture review**, ideally before or around **June 20**. After that, we are looking for an ongoing mentor/advisor for approximately **one year**, paid hourly, to review our progress, challenge our architecture, and guide us as we build more AI/data use cases. ## Ideal profile You should have: * Strong production experience with BigQuery * Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform * Experience designing data warehouses and analytics architectures * Experience with AI/LLM-ready data structures is a strong plus * Ability to explain clearly and coach a team, not just execute tasks * Strong opinions on what good data architecture looks like * Experience with CRM, marketing, sales, or operations data is a plus ## What we do not want Please do not apply if your experience is limited to basic SQL dashboards, Looker Studio reports, or simple data imports.
