Looking for US CPA to Advise on Business Structure & Tax Strategy

We are looking for an experienced US CPA to provide strategic tax planning and business structure advice for our growing retail business in California. We have 2 retail stores and an e-commerce business in California. We're currently operating as an LLC and are looking for guidance on whether our current structure is still the best fit or if electing S Corporation taxation would provide tax advantages as we continue to grow. We're looking for advice on topics including: - LLC vs. S Corporation taxation (1 or multiple entities) - Whether owners should be paid through W-2 wages, owner's draws - Reasonable compensation and payroll considerations - Retirement planning and other tax-saving strategies - Family business tax planning questions - Any opportunities to improve our tax efficiency while remaining compliant If it's a good fit, we're looking for a CPA who can become a long-term advisor and assist with ongoing tax planning not just annual tax preparation.
