Looking for Certified/Insured Mobile (IOS / Android) and .Net Azure Development Companies

We're seeking a development partner to take ownership of a built, pre-release mobile-first peer-to-peer voice and messaging platform — native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Compose) apps (white-labeled forks of an open-source Matrix client) backed by a .NET/ASP.NET Core service on Microsoft Azure (Container Apps, SQL, Redis, API Management, Entra ID, Azure Communication Services for telephony/email, Azure OpenAI + Speech), a Matrix/Synapse messaging backend, and a web admin dashboard, with CI/CD in Azure DevOps and distribution via TestFlight and Google Play. The feature set is largely implemented and deployed to a non-production environment with internal testing; we need the partner to handle final development, QA, app-store release management, production hosting and infrastructure operations, and ongoing application support and maintenance. The platform serves a regulated industry in the United States and processes PII and financial-grade data, so the partner must have a proven track record in financial services / fintech and handling sensitive personal data, a mature secure SDLC and production operations practice, a strong compliance posture (e.g., SOC 2, privacy and applicable financial regulations, audit-ready), and current insurance and assurances available — professional liability/E&O, cyber and data-breach liability, and general liability — together with willingness to sign data-processing agreements and provide attestations and references.
