Looking for Ad Creative Designer and Strategist to do three static test Ads for Meta platforms

AI ads will not be accepted. I need three static ad creatives to go with a Kickstarter Prelaunch and ongoing positioning effort. The Kickstarter is for a dark humor and horror speculative fiction ebook, audiobook, paperback and hardcover. (We're a small press publisher.) This job is a test run, that could turn into an ongoing performance ad creatives and creative strategy role with the right person for our future publishing campaigns and book launches. For this particular project, we already have someone who is managing our ads in Meta, however they are not able to do ad creatives and help with iterative testing of hooks/ad copy. We are looking for someone who has expert level experience at creating and fine tuning direct buy performance ads. Audience are readers, prank lovers, fandom, horror fans, and comic book fans. Ad size should be 1080x1350, and be able to adapted to 1080x1080. Must be available to work this week (8/17 to 8/24) and turn around creatives quickly.
