Hi there, We run a growing portfolio of businesses in the digital marketing and healthcare space. One side of what we do is agency work — helping clinics, doctors, and healthcare businesses grow through SEO, content, website development, and marketing systems. The other side is our own health optimization brand, which we operate and grow directly. This role is for the latter. We are hiring a full-time On-Page SEO Specialist to work exclusively on our health optimization brand and its network of partner websites across multiple cities. This is not a generalist role shared across many clients. You will go deep on one brand, understand it well, and help us grow its organic presence in a meaningful way. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in on-page SEO who can also write and optimize content. If you have experience in the medical or men’s health space, that is a strong advantage. But beyond the skills, we are looking for someone with the right mindset, someone who is serious, dependable, and genuinely wants to do good work. A Little About How We Work Our team is small and lean. That means we do not have a big corporate structure where every person only does one very narrow task. We work together, help each other, and take care of what needs to be done. In this role, your focus will be dedicated entirely to one brand and its partner websites. Some days you will be deep in keyword research and content writing. Other days you may be reviewing page structure, optimizing existing content, or coordinating with the broader team on what needs to move next. This is not the kind of role where you just wait for someone to hand you every single step. We will guide you. We will support you. We will answer questions. But we also need someone who can take ownership of their work, think things through properly, and come back with clear updates or recommendations. We do not like micromanaging. We would rather work with people we can trust. What Matters Most to Us We need someone who understands on-page SEO, keyword research, and content writing. Experience writing for the medical, healthcare, or men’s health space is a real plus — the brand we are hiring for operates in that world, and familiarity with how that audience thinks and searches makes a difference. What You Will Work On Your main focus will be on-page SEO and content writing for a dedicated health optimization brand and its network of partner websites. This may include: - Conducting keyword research using Ahrefs and/or SurferSEO - Writing and optimizing long-form SEO content for healthcare and men’s health audiences - Performing on-page SEO audits across the brand and partner websites - Reviewing and improving metadata, headings, internal links, and page structure - Optimizing existing content using SurferSEO content scoring - Identifying on-page issues and content gaps across the website - Organizing findings and content tasks clearly for the team - Tracking content performance and flagging opportunities for improvement - Helping prepare internal notes or updates when needed - Collaborating with our broader SEO and web team - Using tools like Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and similar platforms You do not need to be an expert in every single tool. But you should be comfortable learning, testing, and improving your process as you go. The Skills We Are Looking For Non-negotiable: - Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices - Hands-on experience with keyword research using Ahrefs or a similar tool - Experience using SurferSEO for content optimization - Strong written English and the ability to write clearly for a general audience - Experience writing SEO-optimized long-form content Strong plus: - Experience writing for medical, healthcare, or men’s health topics - Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics - Experience working across multiple websites or sub-brands simultaneously - WordPress or similar CMS experience - Remote work experience with clear async communication habits Quick note: If you made it all the way through this job post, please include the phrase “atomic habits” as the first line of your application or cover letter. There will be deadlines and pages that need to be fixed or rewritten. Compensation and Hours This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday. The starting rate is $450 per month. As you grow into the role and continue showing strong ownership, reliability, and quality work, there will be opportunities for growth in both responsibility and compensation.
