Customer Service & Appointment Setter | Cold Outreach | $40/Hour We’re looking for a confident, reliable, and professional communicator to join our team for a combined Customer Service, Appointment Setting, and Cold Outreach role. Rate: $40/hour What You’ll Do Handle customer calls and inquiries. Make outbound cold calls and outreach. Speak with prospects professionally and naturally. Identify interested and qualified leads. Set appointments for qualified prospects. Follow provided scripts and outreach guidelines. Answer basic customer questions. Handle follow-ups when required. Keep accurate notes and update lead information. Maintain a professional customer experience. What We’re Looking For Strong spoken English and communication skills. Comfortable with phone-based work. Previous experience in customer service, cold calling, sales, or appointment setting is a plus. Good listening and conversation skills. Able to follow instructions without sounding robotic.
