Key Responsibilities Conceptualize & Innovate: Architect groundbreaking 2D and 3D design concepts for high-profile exhibition stands, festival stages, and immersive event spaces. Translate & Pitch: Transform client briefs into compelling, brand-aligned visual presentations that perfectly capture event objectives and aesthetic goals. Technical Execution: Produce highly accurate technical drawings, spatial layouts, and photorealistic 3D renders ready for production and fabrication. Ensure Compliance & Feasibility: Guarantee that all designs are not only visually stunning but also practical, cost-effective, and fully compliant with safety protocols and event regulations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner directly with project managers, production teams, and external fabrication vendors to ensure the flawless, real-world execution of your designs. Creative Brainstorming: Actively participate in ideation sessions, bringing fresh, industry-leading perspectives to enhance the overall visitor experience. Client Engagement: Craft dynamic mood boards, comprehensive design proposals, and immersive 3D walkthroughs for executive client presentations. Iterative Refinement: Expertly navigate client feedback, adjusting designs to meet their needs while fiercely maintaining the project's creative integrity. Qualifications & Expertise Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Event Design, or a related creative field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated professional experience in 2D/3D spatial design specifically tailored for exhibitions, large-scale events, or festivals. Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard rendering and drafting software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Rhino, or similar) and the Adobe Creative Suite. Production Knowledge: A robust, hands-on understanding of building materials, fabrication processes, and end-to-end event production workflows. Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to beautifully balance high-end creativity with strict functional requirements, production budgets, and tight timelines. Communication: Exceptional verbal and visual presentation skills, with the ability to "sell" a creative vision to both internal teams and external clients.
