Key Responsibilities User Research and Strategy: Lead the entire product design lifecycle from initial discovery and user research to interaction design and final visual execution. Conduct comprehensive generative and evaluative user research including contextual inquiries, moderated usability testing sessions, and A/B testing to inform strategic design decisions. Translate complex business requirements and raw data into detailed user personas, empathy maps, service blueprints, and intuitive information architectures. Analyze quantitative product metrics using analytics platforms and qualitative user feedback via heatmaps to execute continuous iterative design improvements. Interaction and Interface Design: Design high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed micro-interactions utilizing advanced Figma features including local variables, advanced auto-layout, conditional logic, and complex component states. Architect, expand, and strictly maintain a highly scalable Design System utilizing Atomic Design principles to ensure absolute visual consistency across all web, iOS, and Android touchpoints. Establish comprehensive design tokens and UI guidelines to unify typography, color palettes, elevation, and grid systems across the entire enterprise product suite. Anticipate and design for edge cases, error states, and empty states systematically to ensure a completely frictionless user journey. Collaboration and Developer Handoff: Facilitate seamless developer handoff by providing exhaustive design specifications, precise redlining documentation, and structured asset exports. Participate actively in frontend design quality assurance testing to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your proposed designs within the live production environment. Act as a primary design advocate by leading design critique sessions, facilitating cross-functional design sprints, and presenting clear design rationale to non-technical stakeholders to secure executive alignment. Requirements & Qualifications Core Technical Competencies: A minimum of five to seven years of proven professional experience as a UX/UI Designer strictly focused on complex digital products, enterprise SaaS platforms, or large-scale mobile applications. Exceptional and verifiable proficiency in Figma encompassing advanced auto-layout, variable management, and maintaining large-scale component libraries across multiple brands or products. Deep theoretical and practical understanding of human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology in design, and responsive grid systems based on Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines. Solid grasp of web accessibility standards, specifically WCAG compliance, ensuring designs are inclusive, legally compliant, and usable for all demographic segments. Analytical and Methodological Skills: Strong analytical reasoning capabilities paired with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions confidently based on quantitative data, user feedback, and established design heuristics. Extensive experience working within Agile software development methodologies and utilizing project management tools to track design sprints and backlog items accurately. Strong English communication skills tailored for direct client consulting, leading remote design workshops, and drafting comprehensive technical design documentation. A comprehensive online portfolio demonstrating your problem-solving capabilities, showcasing raw wireframes, user flows, and final polished interfaces, rather than merely aesthetic visual mockups. Nice to Have Practical experience with motion design and advanced micro-animation tools such as Lottie, Principle, or Adobe After Effects to enhance interface interactivity. A foundational understanding of modern frontend component frameworks like React or Vue to communicate more effectively with engineering teams and deeply understand technical constraints. Prior experience writing concise and engaging UX copy or microcopy to guide users seamlessly through complex digital workflows. Demonstrated ability to design complex data visualizations and interactive analytical dashboards for data-heavy enterprise applications. Experience integrating design systems directly with code repositories utilizing documentation tools like Storybook.
