CRO-Focused Landing Page Designer We're a conversion rate optimisation agency. Every page we build has one job: convert. We need a designer who thinks in hypotheses, not aesthetics. You must have: - A portfolio of CRO-focused landing pages (not brand sites, not dashboards) - Experience designing for paid traffic — Meta, Google, or advertorials - Understanding of A/B testing, fold structure, and conversion hierarchy - Figma proficient, pixel-perfect output Direct-response design knowledge — you know why the button is orange and where the testimonial goes Nice to have: Worked with or inside a CRO agency Familiarity with tools like VWO, Hotjar, or Convert Experience across ecommerce, health, or lead-gen verticals Not a fit if: Your portfolio is branding, SaaS UI, or lifestyle editorial — even if it looks beautiful. Engagement Project-based to start, long-term for the right fit. Include your hourly rate and 2–3 relevant landing page examples in your application.
