Looking for an Experienced Apparel Product Developer for a Premium Clothing Brand

I'm looking for an experienced Apparel Product Developer / Technical Fashion Designer with proven experience in developing and manufacturing premium polo shirts and T-shirts. ⚠️ Please read the entire project before applying. Reference photos and videos. A detailed list of improvements. I'm attaching everything. My Goal I'm creating my own premium clothing brand. I'm not looking to copy another brand or logo, but I want my garments to reach the same premium level of quality, craftsmanship, construction, fit, fabric, and overall appearance as leading luxury and premium brands. What I Need I need someone who can carefully review everything I've attached and professionally improve my current product. This includes: Reviewing my existing Tech Pack. Reviewing the previous sample. Explaining what needs improvement. Updating the Tech Pack. Recommending premium fabrics. Recommending the correct GSM. Improving the fit and proportions. Improving the polo collar construction. Improving embroidery quality. Improving logo size and placement. Improving stitching and finishing. Preparing the product for manufacturing. Main Improvements The previous sample still needs improvements in: Fabric quality. Fabric softness. Fabric thickness. Fabric drape. Premium appearance. Shirt proportions. Shirt length. Sleeve fit (slightly fitted around the upper arms). Polo collar structure. Embroidery quality. Logo placement. Logo size. Stitching quality. Neck label quality. Overall luxury appearance. Everything should feel and look like a true premium garment. I'll attach photos and videos showing exactly what I currently have and exactly the premium standard I'm aiming for. Sample & Production My goal is to work with someone who can: Improve my current files. Produce one premium sample. Continue with bulk production if the sample is approved.
