Looking for an Experienced Drupal Developer for a Real Estate Platform (Design + Development) I am looking for an experienced Drupal developer or a small team to build a real estate platform from the ground up. It is important that the project includes not only the technical development but also the professional implementation of a predefined design. The concept, functionality, workflows, and requirements have already been prepared in detail. Project Overview The platform will connect people searching for real estate with property owners, agents, developers, and other providers. Users will be able to create search requests, while providers can find relevant requests and respond with suitable offers. The platform should offer a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly experience. Key Requirements Dynamic Forms One of the most important parts of this project is the implementation of dynamic forms and questionnaires. The form flow must automatically adapt based on the user’s previous selections and answers. This means that the platform should not use static forms. Instead, follow-up questions should appear dynamically depending on the user’s choices. User Dashboard After creating a request, users should have access to a personal dashboard where they can: * Edit existing requests * Add additional information * Refine and expand their search criteria * Manage their profile and settings * View the status and activity of their requests The same dynamic form logic should continue to work inside the dashboard.
