We're looking for a designer who can dream in Figma and then bring it to life in code, with or without an AI co-pilot riding shotgun. If you've ever finished a build and thought "okay but what if the hero breathed," we should talk. What you'll actually do Design polished, distinctive interfaces in Figma - real typographic taste, real layout instincts, not template energy Translate static frames into living, scroll-driven experiences Vibe code your way from concept to working prototype using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and v0 - you prompt, you tweak, you ship, you don't wait around for a "dev handoff" Choreograph motion: scroll-triggered reveals, parallax, frame-by-frame canvas sequences, hover states that feel alive Collaborate with our in-house team on client projects across Shopify, Webflow, and custom HTML/CSS/JS What we're looking for A strong Figma portfolio that makes us a little jealous Comfort writing and editing front-end code - you don't need to be a senior engineer, but you should be fearless with HTML/CSS/JS and happy letting AI tools accelerate you Working knowledge (or hunger to learn) GSAP ScrollTrigger, Lenis, and ideally Three.js or Spline Genuine taste in motion - you know the difference between animation that adds soul and animation that's just noise Self-direction. We give you a vibe and a brand, you come back with something better than we pictured Bonus points Experience with AI video and image tools (Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Midjourney) for generating assets Canvas / frame-extraction scroll animations A point of view on art, film, or design history that shows up in your work Animation ideas we love (and want you to push further) These are the kinds of moments we live for - bring us your own twist on them: Scroll-scrubbed hero video - a cinematic clip that plays frame-by-frame as you scroll, so the user controls the footage with their finger. Liquid glass reveals - sections that frost, blur, and refract as content slides beneath them. Typographic kinetics - headlines that stagger in letter by letter, stretch, or break apart and reassemble on scroll. Pinned scene transitions - a section that locks in place while elements rearrange around it, then releases into the next chapter. Magnetic cursor + hover physics - buttons and images that lean toward the cursor, with weight and spring, not just a fade. Depth parallax storytelling - layered foreground, midground, and background moving at different speeds to build a sense of place. Product orbit - a 3D or sprite-based product that rotates, opens, or assembles itself as you move down the page. Ambient micro-motion - the small stuff: a logo that subtly drifts, gradients that slowly shift, a "still" page that's never quite still.
