Looking for Florida-Registered Remote Notary

We are seeking a highly responsive, detail-oriented, and fully registered Florida Remote Online Notary (RON) to manage our end-to-end digital notarization process. In this dual role, you will not only perform legal RON acts but will also proactively reach out to our clients, coordinate schedules, and ensure a seamless virtual signing experience. Key Responsibilities Proactive Client Outreach: Directly contact clients via phone and email to schedule their online notarization appointments immediately upon receiving a file. Identity Verification & Compliance: Execute mandatory identity proofing and credential analysis (including Knowledge-Based Authentication/KBA) according to Florida Chapter 117 compliance standards. Perform Remote Notarizations: Conduct smooth audio-video remote sessions using a state-approved RON platform. Audit Trail Management: Securely maintain the electronic journal, audio-video recordings, and tamper-evident digital certificates to provide a flawless audit trail for every transaction. Rapid Communication: Maintain a high level of responsiveness with both our internal team and clients to meet tight deadlines.
