Summary

Looking for a GemCAD / GemRay / Gem Cut Studio specialist. I need to find or create a faceting design file and optimize it for Demantoid Garnet. Material: - Demantoid Garnet / Andradite - Refractive Index: 1.89 - Dispersion: 0.057 - Target size: 6 mm - Preferred shape: round brilliant, but alternative high-fire designs are welcome. Task: 1. Find or create a suitable .gem / .gcs / faceting design file. 2. Optimize crown, pavilion, table and girdle angles for maximum light return and fire. 3. Run GemRay or equivalent ray-tracing simulation. 4. Compare at least 3 angle variations. 5. Provide: - final .gem / .gcs file - full angle table - light return images - leakage images - dispersion / fire analysis - ray-path visualization - 360° rotating video or render if possible. The goal is to develop a commercially attractive high-fire cut for Ural demantoid. Please send examples of previous GemCAD/GemRay/Gem Cut Studio work.
