🇷🇴 Looking for a Hands-On Romanian videographer (Recurring Work – monthly)

JOB DESCRIPTION For our company flashbook.app, we’re looking for a hands-on videographer/content creator. Someone who can arrange an entire shoot day from A to Z. We have plenty of shoots coming up, so if you'd like to film on a regular basis, be our guest! You’ll receive: The scripts, example videos, and shotlist from us, you can provide feedback on how the script could be adjusted to your own language. Your job: - Find the actors, locations, and props (think: car, actors, etc.) - Arrange and film the shoot day (6–10 short-form videos, depending on complexity) - Deliver the raw files + give short feedback on subtitles (no editing required) Example videos: 1. For example if you know a friend who is a great actor, contact him. If you need to arrange an expensive car, try to get one through your network to save costs. We’ll pay a fixed shootday price. Price depending on complexity (typically between $500 – $1200 per day).  The lower you can keep the cost, the more profit will be left for you. Timeline: Once we send you the full information, the shoot must take place asap. If you can arrange it within 7 days, you get $100 bonus, within 10, $75, within 14 $50. First test project (paid): Budget: $800 all-in (incl. $100 bonus) Amount of videos: 6 (all outside, easy locations to arrange) You arrange: - 1x expensive car (at least worth €80K+). (Try to find one through your network!) - 1x fit, handsome male actor (Age 30–50) - 1x enthusiastic interviewer.
