Looking for Japanese recruiter for English Recording Project

We are looking for Japanese speaker with recruitment experience to help us recruit participants for a Japanese speaking English recording project Project details: * Each language requires approximately 200–500 participants * Each recording session involves participates to record 1500 sentences. It needs to finish first 300 sentence first then finish another 1200 sentence after first 300 sentence pass. We are looking for recruiters with experience sourcing candidates through local or international recruitment platforms. Preferred backgrounds: 1. Recruitment & Human Resources Professionals experienced in recruiting and managing part-time or flexible workers. Examples: * Part-time recruiters * Headhunters * Crowdsourcing operators * Campus ambassadors 2. Events & Field Operations Professionals who regularly coordinate temporary staff for events and activities. Examples: * Exhibition coordinators * Concert staffing coordinators * Extras casting coordinators 3. AI Data Collection & Online Crowdsourcing People experienced in organizing online task-based projects. Examples: * Speech data recruiters * Data annotation operators * Crowdtesting platform coordinators 4. Education & Campus Networks People with strong access to student or youth communities. Examples: * Student organization leaders * International student associations * Training center coordinators 5. Blue-Collar Flexible Workforce Management Professionals experienced in managing large temporary labor pools. Examples: * Labor agency recruiters * Warehouse staffing coordinators * Delivery rider station managers Requirements: * Strong recruitment and communication skills * Ability to recruit participants quickly and efficiently * Experience managing large-scale participant coordination is preferred * Access to local communities, social platforms, or staffing networks is a plus The 100USD on the contract is for your reference and not the real project payment.
