Looking for MailChimp template coder/creator

We're looking for an experienced email developer to build a custom, fully-coded Mailchimp template for our newsletter. What we need: A custom-coded responsive HTML email template designed to match our brand Built using Mailchimp's editable content blocks (mc:edit tags) so our team can update text/images ourselves without touching code A "news roundup" section styled like a website feed — a repeatable module we can duplicate/collapse for a handful of articles (headline, short blurb, thumbnail, "read more" link) Ideally some kind of toggle or accordion-style dropdown behavior for showing/hiding extra articles (note: interactivity is limited in email clients — we're open to your recommendation on the best approach, e.g. CSS-only toggle with fallback, or a simpler expand link) Tested and rendering properly across major email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.)
