Responsibilities: • Source IT candidates in Manila — Java, Python, QA, DevOps • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews • Handle local contractor onboarding and documentation • Coordinate with US based team • Build and maintain Manila candidate pipeline Requirements: • Based in Manila Philippines • Experience in IT recruiting or HR • Strong English communication • Available for overlap hours with US EST Hours: 20 hours/week Rate: $5-10/hour"
