Looking for a Meta Ads Expert for 1 hr Audit/Strategy Session

Running a couple very small Meta campaigns, and am looking to troubleshoot/strategize how to scale ads that are performing well strongly. Right now I keep having a very strong first ~10 days and then hitting a huge dip. We don't have big budgets (and I know the algo needs to "learn" through 50 leads/week) but that's not currently an option until we scale - so looking for someone who can help me find a workaround so we can organically scale what's working vs. spending 1,000's in a week.
