Looking for a Mobile/Steam Game Marketing Specialist

We have launched a strategy game on multiple platforms. It's available for ios/android as well as steam. I'm looking for a marketing specialist who has done all the things and can help execute on our go to market strategy, ensuring we build up our active user base through better ASO, paid ads, creative content on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, etc. Must be able to have a big picture of how to drive traffic but also be able to create the content/creatives or know how to find the right hires who can do the creative work for us. We are a small company, but are very excited about the game we have been working on for several years. It is based on the very popular board game Settlers of Catan.
