Looking for Motion Graphics + Economics YT Video Editor

Hi, I am looking for a high quality Youtube editor who is able to create incredible content that will keep thousands, millions of viewers entertained, and that includes some motion graphics, not just simple stock footage. The pay will be per minute of video, not a standard rate, and the pay per minute of video will be $7/min starting. The videos will be on the topics of Geopolitics and world events. Videos will be 10-20 minutes. You will only be doing the 2nd half of the videos. I will be providing the script and voiceover, you will be finding high quality footage and using motion graphics when needed for the video, including digging deep for them if needed.
