Looking for Motion Graphics YT Science Editor

Hi, I am looking for a high quality Youtube editor who is able to create incredible content that will keep thousands, millions of viewers entertained, and that includes some motion graphics, not just simple stock footage. The pay will be per minute of video, not a standard rate, and the pay per minute of video will be $10/min starting. The videos will be on the topics of animals like birds. Videos will be 10-15 minutes.
