I'm a busy parent looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to help me reclaim time and mental bandwidth. This is an ongoing role with consistent weekly hours. **What you'll own:** - Monitor WhatsApp groups and send me a weekly digest of anything actionable - Research, vet, and book kids' activities and classes - Create a reusable activity pack for our babysitter (one-time project) - manage babysitter schedules - Manage beauty/personal appointments — research options, hold standing bookings - Handle seasonal kids' clothing orders based on provided sizes and preferences (on Vinted) **You're a great fit if you:** - Have experience as a family or personal assistant - Are proactive — you flag things before I have to ask - Communicate clearly and reliably (WhatsApp or email) - Can work independently with minimal hand-holding - Have experience with Google Calendar, Google Docs, or similar tools - have experience with using AI to automate your work **Details:** - ~5–10 hours/week to start, with room to grow - Fully remote - Ongoing engagement — I'm looking for someone long-term, not a one-off Please share examples of similar roles you've held and how you typically handle priorities when managing multiple tasks for a client.
