Looking for SDR specialist for B2B SaaS AI product

Looking for somebody who can understand my AI product and then respond to the leads who share their email address on our website. Follow up to qualify them, help them try our product and make a sale. Do the retargetting by contacting them on other platforms such as linkedin or where ever they are active. Look for new prospects on linkedin and do the engagement and outreach to them in the way to let them try our product successfully and then they purchase its subscription. Only apply, someone who has proven expertise in understanding the behaviour of leads so as to get maximum replies and sales. We also need to do the outreach for partnerships and collaboration, whom you find during the outreach. This job would have a fixed monthly amount of $300 and a bonus amount(5%-7% of the monthly price of the subscribed plan), when they purchase it. Our plan ranges from $299 per month to $1500 per month. Our ICP is the high-net-worth coaches of the world, especially in the USA, UK, etc. I will share the hubspot crm, mailboxes, premium linkedin account, calendly link or any other necessary tools required.
