Looking for Senior AI/ML Engineer

AI/ML Engineer (Long-Term | US Timezone) We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team for long-term collaboration. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering Strong experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, NLP, or machine learning workflows Strong Python and SQL skills Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines Comfortable working during US business hours/timezone overlap Fluent English communication skills Available for 6+ hours daily Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Nice to Have Data Engineering experience Data Analyst or Data Scientist background Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation Experience with Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or Databricks Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and analytics workflows Experience deploying AI applications to production environments Responsibilities Build and improve AI/ML solutions Develop and optimize LLM/RAG pipelines Design and maintain scalable data pipelines Analyze datasets and generate actionable insights Work with APIs, vector databases, and workflow automation Collaborate with the team during US working hours Participate in architecture and technical discussions Preferred Tech Stack Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Spark, Airflow, Databricks, Kafka, AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Power BI, Tableau Please include: Relevant AI/ML and data engineering projects Resume or portfolio Availability in US timezone Daily working hours English proficiency level
