Looking for Short Term Rental Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant / Co-Host to support the launch and ongoing management of my short-term rental property in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate should have experience using lead generation tools such as Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms to identify and connect with potential booking sources before the property is listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. Key responsibilities include: Generating qualified leads from industries such as IT, healthcare, research, universities, consulting, and corporate sectors. Building relationships with HR teams, relocation agencies, travel coordinators, hospitals, universities, and recruitment firms. Conducting outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to secure advance bookings. Engaging with prospective guests and corporate clients, answering inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed reservations. Managing guest communications across multiple platforms and maintaining a strong booking pipeline. Helping maximize occupancy by ensuring the calendar remains booked as far in advance as possible. Supporting listing optimization, pricing strategies, and overall co-hosting operations. My goal is to establish a steady flow of corporate, medical, academic, and relocation bookings, creating consistent occupancy and reducing reliance on last-minute reservations. I am looking for someone proactive, sales-oriented, and experienced in both lead generation and short-term rental management.
