Looking for a Strategic Product & Design Partner

We are building a healthcare-focused data platform that turns complex public data into a structured, accessible product for end users. The product is already live and actively being developed, but we now want to significantly improve the overall product experience. We are looking for a product and design expert, individual or agency, who can audit the platform, identify key issues, challenge assumptions, and recommend practical improvements across UX, navigation, information architecture, layout, structure, usability, and visual consistency. This is not an engineering role. We will handle implementation internally. What we need is a thoughtful partner who can review the product, understand the business and users, and help us make better product and design decisions. The first phase will focus on: Product and UX audit, User journeys and navigation, Information architecture and page structure, Layout and usability improvements, UI refinement and visual hierarchy, Consistency across the platform, and improvements where needed. We like the current colors and general direction, but the product needs to feel cleaner, clearer, more usable, and more consistent. Experience with SaaS, healthcare technology, analytics tools, data-driven platforms, or complex digital products would be highly valuable. We are looking for someone proactive, curious, and independent, not someone who waits for detailed instructions. The right partner should be comfortable asking strong questions, identifying what matters, and helping us shape the product over time. In your proposal, please include: 1.
