What You’ll Be Doing: - Translating with accuracy, cultural awareness, and linguistic fluency. - Ensuring all translations are natural, clear, and contextually appropriate—not just direct word-for-word conversions. - Reviewing and refining your work to maintain consistency, accuracy, and readability. - Collaborating with our team and providing post-delivery quality assurance as needed. - Communicating promptly and professionally to ensure smooth project execution. What We’re Looking For: - Native speakers or someone with deep linguistic and cultural knowledge. - Strong command of the language to handle translations effectively. - Prior translation experience is a plus, but not required. - Attention to detail—we value quality over quantity. - Reliable and responsive—you must be available online during the job for real-time updates. - A commitment to 100% human translation—absolutely no machine translation tools (Google Translate, Systran, Babel, etc.). Important Notes – Please Read Carefully: 1) 100% HUMAN TRANSLATION ONLY – We do not accept AI-generated or machine-assisted translations. We have detection methods, and any such work will not be paid for. 2) No Bait-and-Switch Pricing – Once you submit a bid, you must not change your rate after being selected. Be upfront and honest about your pricing. 3) No Upfront Payments – We do not provide upfront payments or deposits, as our own clients follow the same process. However, we have a proven track record of timely payments upon project completion. 4) Upwork Payments Only – All payments will be processed exclusively through Upwork. We do not conduct transactions outside the platform. 5) Commitment to Deadlines – We take deadlines very seriously. If a deadline is missed by even one hour, payment will be forfeited. Please only accept projects you can complete on time. 6) No Personal Emergency Excuses – Once you accept a job, you are expected to complete it. Backing out without a legitimate reason may lead to an Upwork report and possible suspension. 7) Online Availability Required – You must be online and responsive, at least during the job, so we can track progress and provide necessary guidance. 8) Signed Collaboration Agreement – Before starting, you must sign our Upwork collaboration contract to protect both parties. 9) Post-Delivery Quality Assurance – You must be willing to make necessary corrections or adjustments if required after submission. 10) Professionalism and Honesty – We value integrity, clear communication, and commitment.
