Looking for Top 1% Meta Ads Genius for B2B Lead Generation Company
Worldwide
We are a B2B lead generation company looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist who can provide a **second pair of eyes on one of our client accounts** and help us identify opportunities to improve Facebook and Instagram advertising performance. Our business is focused on helping companies acquire new customers, so we care much more about the quality and commercial value of the leads than about surface-level advertising metrics. We are looking for someone who understands that a successful campaign is not simply one that produces a low cost per lead. The goal is to generate prospects who fit the target profile, have genuine buying intent, and can realistically move through the sales process. This role is best suited to someone who is analytical, commercially minded, comfortable challenging existing assumptions, and capable of making independent recommendations based on campaign data. ## What You Will Be Working On You will review an existing Meta Ads account currently being managed for a B2B client. The account is already active, so the objective is not necessarily to rebuild everything from scratch. We want you to review the current approach, identify potential weaknesses or missed opportunities, and tell us what you would do differently. Depending on the campaign, the conversion may happen through a landing page, lead form, booked consultation, application form, demo request, or another lead generation funnel. You should be comfortable looking beyond Ads Manager and understanding what happens after a person becomes a lead. We want to know whether those leads actually respond, book calls, attend meetings, qualify for the service, receive proposals, and eventually become customers. ## Your Role Your role will primarily be to review the account from an outside perspective and provide strategic recommendations. You will review the offer, target audience, current positioning, campaign structure, audiences, conversion methods, creative strategy, and overall optimization approach. We want you to identify what appears to be working, what may be limiting performance, what deserves further testing, and what you believe should be changed. We are specifically looking for someone who can spot opportunities that the existing team may have overlooked. If lead quality is poor, we want you to investigate whether the issue may come from the audience, creative, offer, landing page, form, campaign optimization, or another part of the funnel. If a campaign is performing well, we want your perspective on whether there are additional opportunities to improve or scale it. ## B2B Lead Generation Experience Experience with B2B advertising is important for this position. B2B lead generation often requires a different approach from traditional consumer advertising. The sales cycle may be longer, the service may require more explanation, the target audience may be relatively narrow, and a single customer can be worth significantly more than the initial advertising cost. For that reason, you should be comfortable evaluating campaigns based on downstream performance rather than relying only on immediate lead-generation metrics. You should understand how to advertise services where the first conversion is simply the beginning of the sales process. Experience advertising agencies, professional services, consulting companies, technology companies, outsourcing companies, recruitment services, financial services, marketing services, or other B2B offers would be particularly relevant. ## Campaign Strategy We want you to critically review the existing campaign strategy rather than simply confirm that the current setup follows standard Meta Ads best practices. You should be able to develop your own hypotheses about the market and identify areas that deserve additional testing. This may include reviewing broad audiences, interest-based targeting, lookalikes, customer lists, remarketing audiences, website visitors, engagement audiences, and other targeting methods where appropriate. You should also understand when targeting is less important than the creative and offer being shown to the audience. Campaign structures should remain as simple as possible while still giving us enough information to understand what is working. We are not interested in recommendations that unnecessarily complicate the account without a clear reason. ## Creative and Messaging A significant part of the review will involve evaluating the advertising concepts currently being used to capture the attention of business owners, decision-makers, and other relevant B2B prospects. You should be able to think about advertising from the customer's perspective. What problem are they currently experiencing? Why would they care about solving it? What is the cost of doing nothing? Why should they choose this service instead of solving the problem internally or working with another provider? What proof would make the offer credible? What objection is likely to prevent them from taking the next step? We want you to assess whether the existing creative and messaging addresses these questions effectively and identify additional angles worth testing. This may involve direct-response ads, case studies, educational content, founder-led videos, customer stories, pain-point advertising, comparison ads, demonstrations, authority-based content, or offer-driven campaigns. You should be able to recommend improvements to ad copy and provide clear ideas for new creative concepts where relevant. ## Creative Testing We want your perspective on the account's current creative testing strategy. We do not want an account where the same advertisements continue running for months until performance deteriorates. You should review what has already been tested, identify patterns in the results, and recommend what the next round of creative testing should focus on. Testing should go beyond changing button colors or making minor headline variations. We want meaningful testing of different problems, promises, offers, hooks, formats, proof points, target segments, objections, and positioning strategies. The purpose of testing is to discover why prospects respond, not simply to produce more advertisements. ## Lead Quality Lead quality is one of the most important parts of this review. We want you to evaluate what happens to leads after they enter the funnel and incorporate that information into your assessment of campaign performance. A campaign that generates fifty cheap leads and no meaningful sales opportunities may be significantly worse than a campaign that generates fifteen expensive leads and several qualified conversations. Where possible, we will provide information about whether leads are qualified, whether they replied to outreach, whether they attended calls, whether they were a good fit, and whether they eventually became customers. We want you to use this information to identify potential opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, qualification, and campaign optimization. ## Landing Pages and Forms You should review the conversion experience and identify issues that may be affecting performance. This could involve a landing page, Meta lead form, application form, booking page, or another lead capture mechanism. You should be able to identify weak headlines, unclear positioning, unnecessary distractions, insufficient trust, poor qualification questions, excessive friction, or a mismatch between the advertisement and the landing page. You should also understand that maximizing form submissions is not always the objective. Sometimes increasing friction or adding qualification questions can improve overall campaign economics because fewer unsuitable prospects reach the sales team. We want someone who can make that distinction. ## Tracking and Attribution You should be comfortable reviewing Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion events, UTM tracking, CRM data, and other attribution methods. We need reliable data in order to make good decisions. You should be able to identify obvious tracking problems and communicate clearly when the available data is incomplete or unreliable. Experience sending offline or CRM conversion data back to Meta is particularly valuable. Ideally, campaigns should eventually be evaluated and optimized using information about qualified opportunities rather than simply every person who submits a form. ## Optimization We want you to review how the account is currently being optimized and identify where the approach could be improved. You should understand when a campaign genuinely requires intervention and when it simply needs more time to collect data. Your recommendations may involve reallocating budget, pausing weak advertisements, introducing new tests, consolidating campaigns, adjusting targeting, changing conversion methods, or revisiting the offer. We are looking for thoughtful recommendations rather than suggestions to make changes simply for the sake of activity. Every major recommendation should have a clear reason behind it. ## Scaling If the account is already generating qualified leads consistently, we want your perspective on how it could be scaled further. You should understand how Meta campaign performance can change as budgets increase. You should be able to assess whether additional budget should go into an existing campaign, additional audiences, new creative, new markets, or additional campaign structures. You should also understand that scaling is not simply increasing the daily budget. Creative production, audience size, lead quality, funnel capacity, and sales capacity all influence how far a campaign can scale profitably. ## Reporting We are interested in insight, not reporting for the sake of reporting. We do not need a document filled with screenshots from Ads Manager or a summary of metrics we can already see ourselves. We want a concise but thorough explanation of what you believe is happening in the account. Your review should make it clear what appears to be working, where performance may be limited, what problems you have identified, what opportunities you see, and what you believe should be tested or changed next. If you disagree with something the current team is doing, we want you to explain why. If you believe something should remain unchanged, we also want to understand your reasoning. ## Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with significant hands-on experience managing and reviewing Meta Ads campaigns. This is not suitable for someone who has learned Facebook advertising primarily through courses but has limited experience managing meaningful advertising budgets. You should be comfortable discussing actual campaigns you have managed, including what worked, what failed, and what you learned from them. Strong candidates will understand direct-response advertising, B2B customer acquisition, lead generation funnels, Meta campaign optimization, creative strategy, tracking, and sales funnel economics. We are specifically interested in someone confident enough to form an independent opinion rather than simply agree with the existing strategy. ## What We Do Not Want We are not looking for someone who evaluates success primarily using impressions, reach, likes, engagement, or other vanity metrics. We are also not interested in someone whose recommendations are based on applying the same campaign structure to every business. We do not want someone who immediately blames the algorithm whenever performance declines. We expect you to investigate the creative, offer, audience, funnel, tracking, and sales data before reaching conclusions. We also expect transparency. If you believe something is being done incorrectly, tell us. If you think an existing strategy is already strong, tell us that too. We would rather hear an uncomfortable but useful analysis than receive a positive review that avoids challenging the current approach. ## Long-Term Opportunity The initial scope is to provide a consultative review and second pair of eyes on an existing client account. If the collaboration is valuable, there may be opportunities to review additional accounts or provide ongoing strategic input to our media buying team. We are therefore particularly interested in experienced specialists who enjoy analyzing accounts, identifying opportunities, and helping other media buyers improve their decision-making. ## How to Apply Please start your application with the phrase “B2B Meta” so we know you have actually read the job description. Tell us about your experience running and reviewing Meta Ads specifically for lead generation. We are particularly interested in examples involving B2B companies or higher-value services. Please describe one or two campaigns you have worked on and explain what the company was selling, who the target audience was, approximately how much was being spent, what type of funnel was used, and what you identified or changed that had the biggest impact. Explain how you approach reviewing an account where lead volume appears healthy but lead quality is poor. Tell us how you evaluate creative testing and determine which new concepts should be tested next. If you have experience connecting Meta Ads with CRM data or evaluating performance based on qualified opportunities and sales outcomes, please explain how you have done this. Finally, let us know whether you are a freelancer or part of an agency, your typical availability, and your preferred pricing model. Generic applications will be ignored. We are much more interested in seeing how you think about Meta Ads and B2B lead generation than reading a long list of certificates or advertising terminology.
