We’re looking for a highly skilled 3D visualizer to create ultra-realistic, photo-quality renders for a luxury restaurant and lounge project. The design includes several distinctive spaces, and we need someone who can bring them to life with stunning attention to detail, atmosphere, and materials. Project Scope Spaces to Render: Ground floor (entry hall and dining area) First Floor (dining hall and toilets) Render Requirements: Enough angles to show the entire design. Must be photo-realistic – lighting, textures, and ambiance should feel like actual photography 3D Model: The model is a work in progress, The design is complete except for the bathrooms that are being developed.
