Looking for a Tough, Strong Virtual Assistant

I have 3 books on the market (you will be expected to read all 3 eventually), and I have a day job in corporate sales, which requires me to make a certain number of phone calls a week. I have a ton to get done, and my biggest issues are organization and discipline. I need someone to meet with on Friday to set a tight schedule for me and them for next week. Then meet on Monday to review the plan. Then for them to hold me to goals and expectations all throughout the week. Then finish up on Friday to review results and plan for the following week. I am looking for an organizer and tough support. If you have skills in social media posting, phone calling to schedule events, and a possible book tour. marketing of any kind, or anything else you can think of. The key thing I am looking for is strength. This may start as a 10-hour-a-week job, but the more value you bring, the faster we can expand that.
